Welcome New Members
New Membership-Pierson and Company is a Detroit, Michigan (USA) based Real Estate Investment Company. The heart of the company is to provide fully renovated and income producing investment opportunities for the worldwide clients. Whether our clients are looking for monthly cash flow or significant annual returns for capital invested, we are positioned to minimize risks and maximize returns as we help our clients achieve their financial goals.
We pride ourselves on not being another “me too” company. The internet is full of companies promising the world to investors. And, even though some of these companies may have good intentions, they are still not able to deliver on their promises. We are not interested in promising unrealistic returns and simply selling investment properties. Yes, we offer hassle-free investment properties with great returns. But, our goal is not to sell as many homes as possible. Our goal is to help as many of our clients achieve their financial goals as possible. So, we are comfortable with having less clients but providing better investment opportunities and better value. We pride ourselves on long term relationships built on trust, professionalism and investment performance, not hollow claims.
Sincere appreciation to our wonderful sponsors, without whom our fruitful year would not be possible. Happy New Year to everyone.
